1. Data We Collect

We collect and process only the minimum necessary data to provide our verification services:

• Account Data: We store your email address and password hashes securely to manage user sessions and credit allocations.
• Verification Logs: When you verify email addresses, we temporarily store the target email syntax, MX record, and verification outcome (Valid/Invalid/Uncertain) in a cache database to optimize processing speed and reduce server load.
• Security Keys: We generate and store API keys and session tokens to protect account security.

2. Data Processing and Caching

To deliver high performance and protect third-party privacy:

• Uploaded lead lists are processed concurrently in memory. We do not copy, sell, or rent your uploaded email directories to any third parties.
• The verified email caching duration is limited (default 15 days), after which records are cleared automatically from our cache database.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use localized browser storage (localStorage) solely to store session keys so you remain signed in across page reloads. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data Protection & Security

We deploy robust firewall rules, system level process isolating mechanisms, and SSL encryption to secure traffic between your client dashboard and our VPS cluster. Your passwords are never stored in plaintext.

5. GDPR and International Compliance

Under GDPR guidelines, ValidatorMails acts as a Data Processor for the email addresses you upload, and you act as the Data Controller. We implement appropriate technical controls to comply with standard processor obligations.

6. GDPR/CCPA - Remove My Info (Opt-Out)

If you are an individual and would like to have your email address permanently removed from our active caching databases, master leads directories, and prevent any future checks on your email address, please use the secure form below to request permanent suppression. Once submitted, your email will be permanently blacklisted in our verifier systems and all active records deleted in full compliance with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
